Job Overview
TE Connectivity’s Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all activities related to New Product Development for automotive, wireless products
• Lead the cross-functional project team to meet customer requirements and timelines
• Be the Project Leader from project kick-off through SOP
• Develop project schedules to ensure the successful product launches, inc. milestones plans, budget and resource planning, work breakdown structures, team meetings, and project tracking
• Manage customer interface and lead customer project meetings
• Preparation of gateway and steering committee presentations
• Lead, coordinate and track change requests
• International and national travel
What your background should look like:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field
• 5+ years of Project Management experience within Automotive, preferably Tier 1 Supplier
• Basic understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of relevant Project Management tools, processes, methods. PMP
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) including presentation and negotiation

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $109,440 – $164,160 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
