Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist the project management team in multiple projects to maintain project plans and schedules, dashboards, actions, and risk mitigation plans. Act as secondary point of contact while project manager is unavailable.Coordinate and plan regular tier-board review meetings, document, and supervise action items.Coordinate and prepare project review meetings with BU/division/group leadership and QBR.Work with cross-functional operations team (PE, sourcing, supplier quality, QA) to ensure timely delivery of DVT/SVT/Pilot builds and meeting COGS target.Work with trade compliance, logistics on import/export of test equipment, beta test units.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and assist project management team on service agreements preparation when necessary.Assist leadership team to handle strategic initiatives such as HTNE.Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years' experience in multi-national companies & working with management team.Demonstrated record of working as project coordinator, project specialist or other administrative roles. Experienced in working on a cross-functional project.Excellent professional communication in both English and Chinese, planning, and interpersonal skills.Good skills with Microsoft Office products.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and concern for standards.Motivated self-starter, able to work individually.
