　　HybridParticipates in the control of costs and schedules on projects requiring validated cost schedule control system. This position interacts with all elements of Collins Aerospace Mission Systems, including Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts and Operations and is therefore an excellent position for those who want to be an integral part of a team that is directly responsible for program execution. 　　Eligible for RelocationPrimary Responsibilities:

　　Provide effective financial administrative planning and control on large/challenging development programs.Develop program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value / project management purposesEstablish a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS DictionaryPerform analysis of program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends, and providing information to Project Leadership Team for corrective action implementation.Extensive interaction with external customer, including the preparation and submission of customer cost & schedule related data itemsPreparation and analysis of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and complete financial support to assigned program teams.Support Program Management in assessing program risks and opportunitiesSupport teams in preparation for Integrated Baseline ReviewsSupport Program Management in preparation of monthly sales forecastsProvide Earned Value training to program teamsDisplay good verbal and written communication skills, be a team player, and have good working knowledge of company business systems and policies, contracting processes and earned value management techniques.Accommodate unexpected events, achieve critical deadlines with quality results and perform as a flexible team member in support of the objectives and initiatives of Mission SystemsTravel up to 10% domesticQualifications/ Experience Needed:

　　Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experienceThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is requiredU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceMust have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline (Accounting / Finance)Six (6) years of Experience in related fieldAbility to work at our Cedar Rapids locationAbility to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance - (U.S. citizenship is required)Extensive experience in Excel such as pivot tables, formulas and organizing dataPower point to leadershipProven experience presenting to large groups and leadershipAbility to travel up to 10% domesticUnderstanding of Earned Value Concepts
