Job Description
The Business Partner Master Data Solutions team within the Intel IT business segment has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Program and People Manager. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the team's solutions and services. Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the program or project.
Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
Creation of SOPs and KPIs to ensure Master Data compliance and process effectiveness.
Managing project teams to deliver enterprise solutions and business process optimization based on industry best practices.
Stewardship of Customer and Vendor Master Data, related IT and business processes, and adherence to industry best practices.
Ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, bring order out of chaos, and ensure every stakeholder is aligned at all times.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or similar discipline with 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or similar discipline with 6+ years of experience in:
Program / People management experience
SAP Customer and Vendor Master Data, related business processes, and industry best practices.
Agile/Waterfall
This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
