Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) is seeking a Program Manager in the Vendor Success Program (VSP) who contributes to our vision to be the partner of choice for vendors to invest in for growth. This role brings together business skills, empirical data, social engagement and external technology into learning about Amazon operations, product and programs for selling partners that increase and maximizes selling partner knowledge and capabilities. Key job responsibilities
The Vendor Success Program (VSP) aims to engage JP tail vendors across all Product Families to improve selection breadth, quality, conversion, traffic and availability. VSP manages vendors as scale by investing in technology and process improvements that will allow us to automate where possible core business actions and engagement with/for vendors to drive growth. To be successful in the role, the candidate must set direction for VSP and align the strategy and approach with senior stakeholders across PFs and WW teams. They are accountable for JP level QBR goals and conduct regular reviews with business stakeholders to set prioritization according to business need. They serve customers across multiple complex domains yet must stay customer obsessed for Vendors’ ensuring their needs for growth are met. They must also drive business and operational priorities across multiple categories and programs. Given the complexity of the programs, they must leverage mechanisms to ensure teams stay focused, audit inputs and outputs appropriately, and create clarity for objectives and results delivered.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ yrs experience in program management, sales, or product management
Business level of Japanese and English
Demonstrated ability to dive deep, earn trust, effectively communicate, and build & manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to drive alignment, key decisions, and results.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Possess excellent judgement and strong attention to detail, problem solving, and a data-driven analytical approach.
Proven ability to work back from a problem statement, analyze the solutions available, conceive new ones and design a step by step execution plan to build the solution and continuously improve
Preferred Qualifications
SQL and advanced Excel Skills
MBA
Experience creating growth strategy, including implementation
