The Talent Growth and Development team designs experiences and infrastructure that drive culture, supports our 'learn by doing' approach and activates the development and growth of Uber talent for maximum business impact. As experts in career growth, people development, talent & performance management, we design and enable the delivery of experiences that allow Uber to know, grow and move our talent to maximize business impact.
About the Role
As part of our Executive Enablement team, Executive Development is responsible for knowing and growing our Senior Director plus population, in order to accelerate their individual growth as values-led leaders, enhance team effectiveness, and cultivate a leadership community.
This role will support the end-to-end Exec Development experiences we provide to our senior executives across Uber.
What You'll Do
Lead cross-functional project teams of business leaders and HR professionals to co-create and execute on Uber's Executive Development agendaDefine solutions, and initiate projects and work streams related to individual Executive DevelopmentFacilitate executive leadership team sessions targeted towards development of leadership skills and behaviorsCultivate leadership community by designing and offering solutions that help our Executive level population expand their networks and grow their careersUnderstand interdependencies across functions and divisions, and incorporate the short and long-term trade-offs into business decisionsPartner with external vendors and decide on budgets for Executive Development initiatives, effectively managing costs to companyOffer time and invest in the development of others on the teamTake up a company-wide and global scope through all Executive Development initiativesSupport the measurement of all Executive Development experiences
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience, preferably program managing talent and leadership development programs, working as an HR business partner, or in talent management roles.BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience in L&D for adult professionals

Excellent program manager, able to design and deliver end-to-end programsExecutive-level communicators, both in-person and written communicationsExperienced with leadership development programs at an executive levelFamiliar with talent management concepts and principlesConsultative, able to work with HR Leads and Talent Management to determine effective approaches for different parts of the businessAble to effectively and accurately manage structured and unstructured talent dataFlexible and adaptive, able to respond to changes and iterationsWell-organized and clear, capable of documenting a new program and communicating its purpose, design, and impact effectivelyCreative and willing to try new things
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$133,000 per year - USD$147,500 per year.
For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$133,000 per year - USD$147,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$148,000 per year - USD$164,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$148,000 per year - USD$164,000 per year.
For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$133,000 per year - USD$147,500 per year.
