TMTT - Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies - is the most recent business unit at Edwards Lifesciences, bringing the latest innovation to patients suffering from mitral or tricuspid regurgitation.
As part of the TMTT EU Marketing team, responsible for the development and execution of TMTT marketing strategies and plans in France and Benelux, in collaboration with other EU marketing teams. Initiates the development or localization of marketing materials, plans promotional campaigns and provides support to the field sales force by monitoring trends and market intelligence.
Enable the development of scientific content for conferences, working with HCPs, to drive education and awareness, as well as supports scientific-related activities to be deployed in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Gathers insights & feedback from local HCPs and share with regional marketing teamParticipate in developing marketing messages based on regional strategiesLead adaptation, production and distribution of regional marketing assets, and training materialCoordinate the organization of relevant internal and external meetings/eventsParticipate in development of annual marketing planDefine and lead execution of local marketing initiatives and communication planContinuously develop knowledge of current scientific literature and regulatory/legal requirementsLead local introduction of new products in the market and manages existing productsExecute sales force training (e.g., training on product, messaging, and competition) in collaboration with regional commercial training teamBuild relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) to help inform product launch plans and understand current market environment and competitionSupport field team members in their customer interactions as needed, including local eventsWorks with regional KOLs in scientific-related activities that drive peers education and awarenessParticipates in creating competition analysis (market dynamics, product positioning, product/business needs)
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experienceMaster's Degree or equivalent and 3 years of experience
Additional Skills:
Experience working in the healthcare industryUnderstanding and experience of French medical device regulations and implications on promotion and marketing initiativesExperience working in sales or marketingExperience in driving participation to local congresses and in organisation of customer eventsProven expertise in MS Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills, in both English; and French (native speaker)Clinical marketing experience with scientific background, knowledge of the medical device environment, interpersonal skills and KOL management experience.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis skillsExperience in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, competitive dynamics, sales trendsSolid knowledge of marketing concepts and principlesAble to travel for 10 to 20% of the time, mostly in France, Benelux, and EuropeAdhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
