Amazon Robotics builds and supports processes for planning, manufacturing, finance and supply chain digital operations. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager technical (PMT) to solve innovative problems via business process and technology innovations involving complex ERP systems with significant impact. This role responsible for managing the lifecycle of a technology product or a major technology feature for within ERP finance and accounting. This role drives product discussions and decisions. This role should be able to distill clear requirements from large and diverse sets of customers, partners, vendors, engineering team builders, and regional agencies/business entities. This role performs or commission market research, usability studies, and create focus groups to identify best of breed benchmarks and solve customer problems. This role determines when it is appropriate to build, improve an existing solution, or integrate existing features for a more cohesive end-to-end customer experience. Sr. PMT influences technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions to make sure business and technology teams are aligned with customer needs. Strong understanding of Oracle ERP finance modules and the finance impact of the global Supply chain and Manufacturing is essential for the the product, their limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons for architectural decisions this role must be capable of articulating when a new technology is needed (and when it is not) or discuss the differences between two technology offerings. This role is responsible to develop product plan/Operational plan in collaboration with engineering and teams that have clear, measurable success criteria. Sr. PMT defines mechanisms and metrics (e.g., KPIs, funnels, conversion, awareness) that enables product’s/feature adoption, performance and any variance against goals. Sr. PMT proactively seeks out new and improved data/mechanisms that make the customer experience visible and to ensures product stays aligned with business goals. Sr. PMT mentors and coaches on product management best practices.
Key job responsibilities
The successful candidate is able to:
Drive and deliver ERP finance strategy, product roadmap for finance and Accounting.
Manage end-to-end product responsibility from working with key customers to delivering new features and functionality.
Determines Build vs Buy decisions for better customer experience
Manage relationships with engineering teams and internal operations business partners to drive product alignment.
Effectively interact, collaborate with and influence Customers, Project Sponsors, Technical Product Managers and multiple internal teams to define and deliver complex solutions
Responsible to create weekly business review documents, author and present narratives to AR leadership.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent industry experience · 10+ years of ERP systems solutions delivery experience· Experience with modern tools and environments (e.g., XML, web services, version control systems, bug/issue tracking tools, Asana)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
