We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join Canada Consumables team responsible for leading the product strategy for Subscribe and Save.
From Day 1, Sr. Product Managers are given ownership of large scale products, the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions, and the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business. A senior product manager role with the Canada Consumables team provides the unique opportunity to come up with new innovative ideas, launch new initiatives, and make a large impact at scale across numerous product categories. You will shape products and lead solutions while being pushed to grow into a senior leader who thinks big, builds scalable solutions, and delivers for customers.
Subscribe and Save (SnS) is Amazon's largest incentivized auto-delivery program for any replenishable item, at an frequency saving the customer time and money. As the Sr. Product Manager for SnS you will develop the vision, roadmap and success criteria to accelerate reordering, simplify and improve core customer experience, drive growth with selling partners and deliver operational excellence. You will work closely with the retail team to drive product adoption and act as an advocate for Canada market with other worldwide teams.
A successful Sr. Product Manager will be able to understand, prioritize, and manage customer experience and financial levers as well as technical concepts. The candidate will have excellent product and program management skills, communication proficiency, and motivation to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for working on behalf of customers, have a track record of timely delivery of large scale projects, and have the ability to operate independently. Judgment, influence, and creativity are all essential.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the Senior Product Manager include:
Defining and implementing new features that improve product discoverability for customers.
Identifying defects in the customer shopping journey and implementing solutions to address root cause issues.
Managing prioritization and trade-offs of a product roadmap to ensure delivery of a great customer experience.
Driving product adoption with the retail teams through robust program management work streams
Anticipating and resolving strategic issues that impair the product/tech team’s ability to deliver.
Close partnership with other world wide SnS product and tech teams to drive customized solution for your market.
A day in the life
Partnering with the world wide SnS tech teams to advocate for solutions focused at the Canadian customer
Managing the SnS product adoption across selling partners and internal stakeholders
Monitoring the key input and output metrics of the program and working towards optimizing the same
Owning the end to end P&L for the product and working closely with internal finance, marketing and operations team to drive a healthy subscription business
Identifying new business opportunities and creating programmatic solutions to drive growth.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
