Amazon is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Vendor Investigations & Transaction Accuracy product team within Accounts Payable to accelerate some of our top initiatives in our anti-fraud product suite. You will support Non-Inventory, Transportation, Retail and/or Digital business lines with fraud detection and prevention. The team is responsible for developing product roadmaps and engaging in backlog grooming to ensure successful delivery of new features and enhancements to our product/s. In this role you must be able to recognize key dependencies across different teams in order to coordinate a successful product launch. This position is the front line of our program driving global improvements in fraud detection and prevention. You will work closely with customers to better understand what they need. You will set the strategic vision and product direction. You will manage projects and collaborate with system and business owners, data scientists, engineers and program managers globally to drive end-to-end improvements and visibility within our product suite. An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment is critical to this role. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, a quick learner, and will have the ability to efficiently manage various high-priority, cross-functional projects with leadership visibility that will allow Amazon to scale. This candidate will also be able to perform analysis and interpret data to demonstrate the benefits being delivered with the proposed technical solutions.
Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving product roadmap for fraud prevention capabilities across multiple product lines. You will drive the end-to-end product execution, working alongside our engineering partners, fraud and risk team, and business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions in support of our customers. You will get the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of your customer’s process and needs, while keeping a pulse on the broader company strategy and objectives.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-starter and will willfully and diligently perform the following responsibilities on a consistent basis with little or no direction from management:
• Collaborate with key business partners and subject matter experts to translate business opportunities into strategic product requirements and an execution plan.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs in the fraud prevention and operational disciplines.
• Manage product development lifecycle - define the problem in discovery, draft detailed requirements (user stories), plan development sprints, develop UAT plans, and support continuous releases.
• Defines minimum viable product and prioritizes requirements balancing trade-offs between time, effort, investment, and value dimensions
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that we are executing against our roadmap.
• Identify and monitor success metrics to effectively manage the product lines with a focus on client and business value creation.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing in support of the product.
• Develop subject matter expertise regarding current fraud and risk solutions

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
