Adobe is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help coordinate and drive the end-to-end experience and integrations of the Adobe GenStudio solution. The ideal candidate possesses a strong product management as well as user experience background and has led multiple large, highly technical internal and customer-facing projects. They succeed in an enterprise cloud environment and are not hindered by ambiguity, working across teams, or balancing priorities and multiple projects. This means you are not only developing and driving high-level critical initiatives, but you will also partner with many Adobe product teams to bring the project across the finish line.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will build the strategy, and drive end-to-end coordination and delivery across the different GenStudio product teams. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with peers to define the strategy and plan; maintaining an engaged pool of representatives; working with Program Management, Design, Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering Program Management to understand and prioritize requests, clarify requirements, deliver regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership, and identify, raise, and ensure significant problems in the program are addressed. You will identify and assess metrics to measure success and will relentlessly advocate for the GenStudio initiative to ensure the solution meets the release criteria. You should have experience working in a product development environment, strong organizational skills, experience working in a matrixed organization, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to be highly influential.
Responsibilities:
• Be the GenStudio end to end experience advocate while working with cross functional partners at multiple levels across the organization.
• Continually identify ways to innovate and improve the product, program, and associated processes/toolsets.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with all teams across business units.
• Represent the end-to-end GenStudio viewpoint, drive the strategy and get the right result.
• Address issues with a diverse, geo-distributed team to deliver the best result for the customer.
• Coordinate strategy and planning by:
• Identifying proper representation from cross functional and cross cloud teams
• Understanding requirements and clearly communicating across GenStudio teams
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years of relevant work experience in program, project, or product management.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
Preferred Qualifications
• Unparalleled attention to detail and proven track record to drive multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with technical and non-technical partners across multiple business units.
• Proven track record delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Previous experience working on high-tech programs and/or products.
• Experience in a software development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to grasp new technologies and gain additional technical skills
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $114,000 -- $220,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
