You will identify and assess metrics to measure success and will relentlessly advocate for the GenStudio initiative to ensure the solution meets the release criteria. You should have experience working in a product development environment, strong organizational skills, experience working in a matrixed organization, attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to be highly influential.

  Responsibilities:

  • Be the GenStudio end to end experience advocate while working with cross functional partners at multiple levels across the organization.

  • Continually identify ways to innovate and improve the product, program, and associated processes/toolsets.

  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with all teams across business units.

  • Represent the end-to-end GenStudio viewpoint, drive the strategy and get the right result.

  • Address issues with a diverse, geo-distributed team to deliver the best result for the customer.

  • Experience communicating and collaborating with technical and non-technical partners across multiple business units.

  • Proven track record delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
