Description
Amazon's Private Brands team is looking for an energetic leader who is customer obsessed and has excellent bias for action, a strong backbone, and an ability to dive deep. This Sr. Product Manager will own the pricing strategy and implementation of systems and tools that earn customer trust, drive best practices and increase employee efficiency. This candidate will lead the strategy within Consumables Private Brands while collaborating with technical teams and other Private Brands product families and cross-functionally teams globally. A successful candidate will have an ability to apply structure to chaos, make data-driven prioritization decisions quickly and drive adoption of new processes and initiatives. This candidate will have a track record of earning trust, exerting influence, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and deliver against Consumables Private Brands pricing strategies and goals, collaborating with key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Category Owners).
Develop and deliver against cross-channel pricing strategies.
Work with technical teams to develop and implement automated pricing roadmap projects.
Own pricing inputs for operational planning.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience as a product manager or owner
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
