The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to grow our new freelance hiring marketplace (be.net/hire) which enables anyone to easily find, connect with, and hire world-class design talent. This position will have a focus on expanding our current offering to include SMBs and enterprise hirers in addition to the self-service model we have today.
As the Product Manager for this project, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, gather and prioritize customer requirements, and develop and implement product roadmaps. You will also be responsible for measuring product success and making data-driven decisions to improve product performance.
What you'll do
Develop a deep understanding of the customer problems that enterprises and SMBs face in hiring freelance designers
Define and advocate for a product roadmap for Behance's Freelance Hiring Marketplace which balances and prioritizes the needs of both freelancers and employers
Drive day-to-day product management, including cross-functional coordination with our Design, Program Management, and Engineering team to see new features through from concept, to delivery, to production
Build compelling cases, user stories and product requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally across Adobe to realize this vision by working hand-in-hand with teams including legal, sales and marketing
Monitor and analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement
Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance
Work with early adopters and power users to find opportunities for quick iterations and continuous improvements
Demonstrate customer empathy every day
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Product Manager at a tech company
Background in or deep understanding of Enterprise & B2B products
Have a collaborative style that allows you to guide cross-functional teams to the right outcome at various levels.
Passionate about creating delightful experience for users
Ability to translate a vision into practical action with the team and tools at your disposal
Bring energy and passion to your job and team
Ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions.
Thrives in ambiguity and loves navigating uncharted territory
Excellent communication skills: You can clearly and compellingly communicate to executives and peers alike.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $114,000 -- $220,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
