Job Description The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous, double-digit growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. This is an incredibly exciting time to join our team as we expand globally. Our team brings payment solutions and associated services to clients around the world. Our global Financial Institution clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Companies, Large Corporate Enterprises, Multinational Organizations, and Governments. We work closely with Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs and other ecosystem players to deliver these services. We believe that the market is at an inflection point wherein Visa can play a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the world. Our focus within Commercial Solutions is to identify needs, assess opportunities and options, and quickly act upon our vision while ensuring strong execution.

Specifically, the team develops frameworks, processes, project plans, and tollgates, as well as collaborating with product owners to create compelling documentation.
We are looking for the right candidate to join our dynamic team and lead content creation and distribution of sales enablement materials for our commercial and small business products and services. This content should bridge the gap between core product collateral (what a solution is, how it works, etc.) and marketing material (why Visa’s solution is best for a client). Examples include sales training and educational content such as sales guides, playbooks, and tutorials, as well as sales support materials like presentations, use-cases, client testimonials / case studies, product positioning sheets, and competitive information. Engaging and effective sales enablement content will be easily accessible, will reflect a strong value proposition to the client, and will align with broader sales strategies.
This role will collaborate with product teams that follow Agile development practices as well as more traditional product development and delivery methods. Regular engagement with the VCS Marketing organization will also be required to ensure consistency of messaging between internal and external communications. Frequent feedback sessions will be expected with Sales teams and Account Executives to lead to continuous improvement of our materials, driving increased sales, adoption, and revenue.
Essential Functions:
Develop and manage a comprehensive sales enablement content strategy that aligns with our sales objectives and revenue goals.
Create engaging and informative content for the Sales teams, including presentations, training materials, product guides, case studies, and more.
Collaborate with product teams to be able to clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of each solution.
Collaborate with Sales and Account Executive teams to understand their needs and develop effective content that addresses them.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the content, making necessary adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Stay informed about industry trends and best-practices in effective sales enablement.
Provide training and support to the Sales and Account Executive teams to ensure they can effectively use and understand the content.
