In this role, you will:Lead or participate in developing documentation or document publishing strategy, policy and guidelinesParticipate in establishing web publication guidelines, conduct procedure audits and certifications, or manage procedure timeline and pipelineReview and edit material authored by othersDesign and develop technical project artifacts, manuals, technical presentations, technical training materials, and complex web contentComplete quality control assessments of the work performed by teamRecommend and document business procedures and best practices, identifying process gaps and offering alternativesServe as team lead or escalation pointProvide guidance to less experienced technical writersCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsPartner with clients to review audience and develop strategy to address technical documentation needsRequired Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Procedure Writing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Knowledge of Commercial Banking processes and policies.Demonstrated experience consulting and writing content with subject matter experts.assurance, quality control, and automated controls.Extensive knowledge and understanding of professional technical writing processes and tools.Control procedure writing experience for different types of controls including manual, quality.Desk procedure writing experience.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.Strong attention to detail and accuracy skillsLeadership experienceExperience with writing style and standard guidesExperience with OpenText or other content management systemsAbility to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.Works well both independently and within a teamTenacity to drive for results.Job Expectations:Hybrid work scheduleEmployees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
