Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Supplier Management Responsible Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals on a program at the Autonomous Systems Center of Excellence in San Diego, CA.
As a Responsible Engineer, you will play a critical role in the research, development, integration, and testing of a SIGINT payload for the Unmanned Aircraft, which is being developed by the US Government.
Candidates must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to present technical concepts and information during meetings with US Government and industry counterparts.
The selected candidate must be able to apply engineering principles and techniques to provide support to the Mission Systems Integration Product Team (IPT) in the integration, test and delivery of a SIGINT payload into the aircraft.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
