Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) has an opening for a Sr. Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 4) to join our F-35 Finance Team. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA and offers the flexibility of a hybrid telecommute schedule with 2-3 days in office weekly.
Looking for a financial analyst with strong FP&A skills that will be the lead of a large and fast-growing business area within the F-35 program. This person will be the Business Manager's right-hand person in all financials and profitability assessments. Development of the AOP/LRSP to establish assumptions on future SOW and develop 5-year plans and lead discussions with the Program and Business Managers on how to meet financial goals (ie. Awards, Sales, Margin etc). Coordinate financial impact of recent EAC updates and/or potential EAC updates and provide financial analysis and insight to drive EAC decision making.
The F-35 Program is a fast paced, dynamic, and complex environment that requires a candidate to possess self-initiative, strong analytical skills and steady leadership characteristics. Candidate will have the following, but not limited to, responsibilities:

Salary Range: $109,900 - $164,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
