Description
Amazon Private Brands is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead the strategy and and execution for raising the bar on responsible sourcing of Private Brands products. Amazon is committed to ensuring that all Private Brands products are produced in a way that respects and protects the rights of workers across our supply chain, and to lead by example by upholding and enforcing Amazon's Supply Chain Standard against our own brands. This is a global role that will work closely with program, product, and tech teams owning Sustainability, Social Responsibility, and product sourcing.
Key job responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Define performance improvement targets based on risk scoring & targeted interventions.
Build project plans to deliver on these targets, ensuring work streams, milestones, resource requirements, and ownership are clearly identified.
Develop auditing mechanisms to validate the accuracy of model inputs and outputs.
Work cross-functionally with product, program, and tech partners.
Manage the long-term vision and roadmap for performance improvement, including expansion of included use cases over time.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
