Amazon’s Catalog is an essential part of the Amazon experience as it fundamentally influences the way customers shop and how productive our systems and users can be. This is accomplished by creating standardized catalog processes, working with vendors to collect high quality data, and using manual resources and technology to enrich product knowledge at scale.
We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to promote global standardization that increases the completeness, coverage, and accuracy of catalog and automates retail operation that enable vendor experience in order to launch high-class CX features. This role will analyze and use data to manage and lead improvement for JP customer experience, vendor experience, operational processes, reporting, and overall business performance. This position will primarily focus on Retail Categories (Life & Leisure and Electronics & IT Solutions) in JP and will also influence partner teams all over the world to build and launch features for our customers.

Key job responsibilities
• Own accurate catalog setup, SKU/ASIN lifecycle management, processing, and reporting for our selection
• Work with cross-functional teams (business, tech) to improve the catalog and reduce catalog errors
• Work with global teams to offshore internal task in JP to improve work efficiency.
• Involve and influence key local and global stakeholders (business, tech, marketing and legal leaders).
• Prepare and give business reviews with senior management on regular basis.
• Define the feature set, business requirements, measures of success, and roadmap for the business.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, business performance and features.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Business Japanese & English
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
