  The Opportunity

  Would you like to be part of a team responsible for putting Adobe's industry leading products in the hands of creatives and communicators everywhere? As Senior Performance Media Manager, you will be accountable for acquiring and engaging users for exciting next-generation Adobe products. We are a group who values data and creative equally, continuously seeking the best of left and right brain approaches.

  In this highly visible role, you'll focus on building innovative performance media programs, actionable tests and experiments, and relevant customer experiences to drive user acquisition and engagement. Your challenge is to partner with stakeholders to develop a performance media strategy, grow our active user base, and drive annual recurring revenue (ARR). You'll drive performance media for Next Gen products on paid social, programmatic media, paid search, mobile, and other advertising platforms. In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional campaigns, experiments and efficiency measurement with Campaign Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Adobe Studio, Business Unit, and Web teams.

  What you'll Do

  Lead the development of outstanding marketing strategies across Search, Social, Display, MobilePlan and manage large media budgets to meet quarterly performance, engagement, and acquisition targetsPresent on strategies, learnings, insights, and opportunities for growth to Adobe executivesContinuously test creative, placements, channels, audiences, bidding, and optimization strategies to efficiently acquire the next generation of creatives to AdobeBuild testing methodology for new platforms and establish performance thresholds for further investmentCollaborate with Analytics teams to recommend, design, and execute experiments and uncover new ways to increase acquisition and engagementProvide data analysis and insights to support the Performance Marketing org in developing the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).What you need to succeed

  7+ years experience, MBA or BA/BS degree, Tech or SaaS experience preferredAbility to navigate a matrixed organization and represent our team with integrity and self-sufficiencyProven expertise in performance marketingAbility to learn our technology, products, and systems quicklyRobust analytical skills - the ability to digest large amounts of data, identify trends, pursue the most important questions, and take action with usAbility to work optimally within a team in a fast-paced, growth environmentAbility to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and an outstanding eye for detail

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $100,100 -- $200,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

  At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

  In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
