Job Description The People team is looking for an individual to join us and support our team in the LAC region. The potential candidate will proactively engage with the Human Resource’s team members, vendors, and other internal teams in Visa, coordinating all the administrative work and taking lead in task related to our organization.
The Coordinator will provide overall administrative and operational support to the People team in LAC, ensuring smooth operations of a fast-paced, results-driven team, the potential incumbent will also support in the logistics and operations of key LAC region-wide People initiatives.
Specific responsibilities include,
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with our internal clientsSchedule meetings and appointments, secure rooms and internal spaces for activitiesBook and manage travel logistics and itineraries for the function membersPrepare and submit expenses as well as track and report budget variances and updates for the teamReview finance reports to validate that all expenses match correctly and are properly coded.Maintain an organize filing system of paper and electronic documents as per Visa’s records and information management programPrepare internal and external documents for the team members in support of function operationsAssure compliance of team members’ initiatives, including contracts, business cases, travel and corporate expenses, as per Visa’s policiesReview options, requests proposals, secure events and oversee activities that take place internally and off site Uphold a strict level of confidentialityDevelop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientelePartner with peers in other functional areas (e.g., marketing, sales, risk, innovation) and across global/regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visa’s resourcesServe as the Workforce Planning Lead for the regionPartner with Program and Project Manager for the region to execute People initiativesFacilitate monthly internal meetings and eventsRepresent the People team at LAC Welcome Onboarding with Regional PresidentResponsible for generating analytics for Regional All Staff meetings and People meetings Incumbents applying for the role should be motivated, organized, self-motivated individuals, with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently and deliver against pressure.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 53,500.00 to 66,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
