　　Requirements:

　　A minimum of 6+ years of experience in consulting and/or in the industry.At least 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud ApplicationsBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceAbility to travel up to10%, on average, based on the work you do.Should have team management skills and have led a team in previous client engagements.At least 2-3 end to end Oracle Cloud integration projects as a Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Developer2-3 full implementations as a Project LeadExpertise in two or more of the following HCM Cloud technical tools (HDL, Fast Formulas, BI reports, and/or HCM extracts)Integrations experience using middleware.Experience in HR processes, having worked on more than two projects in the HR process domain in a technical capacity in any of the following modules is preferred - Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management and Time and LaborStrong Knowledge and hands-on experience with Integration frameworks offered by OIC to integrate with Oracle HCM Cloud applications (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent, Compensation, Learning etc.Design sub-components of larger application systems; integrate Oracle applications and continuously optimize the system structure to improve stability and performance.Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, on-prem adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution.Experience in performance tuning, testing, and diagnosis of OIC integrations.Excellent client interfacing skills, working with IT and well as business stakeholders, and writing technical design documents.Must live in or within a commutable distance to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceMust be able to be in your designated office location or at a project location 10%-30% of your time over the course of the yearMust live near, or relocate to, the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA areasAbility to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you support.Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance is required
