This individual is focused on continually improving performance of Payor Partnerships teams, supporting Contract Operations, Analysts, and Negotiators in project management as well as independently building out operational systems. This position assesses operations and develops solutions using a variety of software and quality tools, inclusive of data visualization programs like Tableau and workflow and project management programs like Smartsheet or ServiceNow to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of developing payor relationships, managing our contract obligations, and the negotiation process.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.1. Independently create and develop new operations and management systems or manage the integration of systems to improve productivity and quality in collaboration with upstream and downstream lane partners which includes:Determination of business requirements for new systems implementation and management of projects in collaboration with IT, including QA testing of solutions, post-production validation, and stakeholder management.Proactively scan industry innovations to find opportunities to optimize user experience and efficiencies, communicate insights to internal business leaders and executives, and independently implement the innovations.2. Determine team opportunities for operational improvements by assessing processes and independently present insights and projects to executive leadership to include cross-lane projects to develop processes in order to execute on opportunities of improvement in productivity or quality.3. Reporting systems development and maintenanceIdentify opportunities for systemization of reporting and transformation of data into insights to support ongoing strategic initiativesCreates goal dashboards to support goal deployment and management systemsCreates systems for leaders to quickly evaluate teammates' capacity and demand4.
