The Integrated Customer and C360 Experience team puts our customers' success and happiness as its top priority. Our crew of talented, passionate designers brings Salesforce's cross-product experience to life with innovative tools that make it easy for Salesforce admins to mange customer data across a broad spectrum of tools and channels. We find magic in the spaces where privacy, identity, and data stewardship intersect, with a goal of ensuring a secure, enjoyable experience for everyone who uses Salesforce products.
Data Cloud:
Salesforce Data Cloud aims to help companies understand their customers and create value at every touchpoint in the customer lifecycle with harmonized data. Allowing businesses to connect data from a wide variety of sources while providing tools to bring that data together. Our Data Cloud User Experience team ensures that users will be able to efficiently and intuitively access, analyze, and leverage data within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Behind Salesforce Data Cloud is a team of talented UX designers, product leaders and engineers dedicated to creating integrated experiences that support strong relationships for users and their customers. You'll immerse yourself in all aspects of end-to-end experience design: using storyboards, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and direction. Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of talented designersRecruit, nurture and retain best-in-class talentInfluence and compellingly communicate the vision to a wide variety of key stakeholdersBuild strong partnerships across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and MarketingSolve complex UX design problems across multiple channelsCollaborate closely with product owners/managers (POs & PMs) to find opportunities for new products/features and validate assumptions through user testing and researchWork with engineering to deliver final productReinforce a design-thinking culture that leverages the best product, technology and innovative talentOwn various application interfacesWork with devs and QE to deliver polished final productEvangelize SLDS interface guidelines and design patterns.
Experience / Skills Required:
Managed an entire product lifecycle from concept to release7-10+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish3+ years of management experienceA strong passion for managing and mentoring designersDeep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices - and you're always looking to improve on your processThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment, while also leading process improvement effortsPower to influence others and build consensus, while dealing with ambiguitySelf-motivated, a good communicator, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlinesExperience using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the productConstant drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments.A deep appreciation and talent for simple solutions to complex problemsExpert knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, IllustratorBA/BS or MA/MS in design related field, or equivalent experience

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,500 to $411,800.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $188,200 to $449,200.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
