Your responsibilities
Oversee machinery utilization and maintenance, optimizing production commitments
Collaborate across departments to manage budgets and resource allocation efficiently
Lead teams through data-driven strategies, cultivating a culture of ownership and excellence
Drive quality policies to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction
Empower Department Managers, ensure cross-functional coordination, and set performance standards
Recruit, train, and develop associates, upholding safety and norms
Promote transparent communication for quality, safety, and personal growth
What your background should look like:
Adept at both strategical and tactical thinking, with a proven track record of addressing challenges with innovative solutions
An excellent team builder who can inspire and lead cross-functional teams. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will foster collaborative environments
Skilled at forming successful working relationships across all levels of the organization, including collaboration with the Workers Council
Demonstrated ability to motivate and energize teams at all organizational levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international matrix organization, adapting to evolving situations with resilience
A fast learner who can swiftly acquaint themselves with existing methods, practices, as well as embrace new concepts and ideas
Proven accomplishments utilizing Operational Excellence and Lean tools/methodologies such as Six Sigma are advantageous and contribute to your profile
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English, possessing strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages. German will be a plus
