Manage a team and responsible for the financial forecasting and planning for leadership within the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the work of own team and may indirectly manage cross functional or matrix teams as appropriate. Develop a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of the department
• Plan and direct the execution of sales strategy and operations activities and projects (e.g., strategy plan, AOP) with the accountability for successful completion of all deliverables. Identify risk, develop mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolve issues, etc. in collaboration with cross functional and/or matrix teams
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes, the value and depth of analyses, and systems with the goal of championing change in alignment with organizational growth strategies
• Identify risk, develop and lead in the implementation of sales strategies which may include negotiations with internal and external parties
• Provide market insights and competitive share analyses
• Act as a conduit between field sales team and internal key stakeholders and communicate overall strategies and business objectives both parties

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in in related field related sales operations, business strategy and/or financial planning experience Required and
Demonstrated track record in people management Required
Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field Preferred
Additional Skills:
• Previous field sales experience preferred
• Proven successful project management leadership skills
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems
• Demonstrated ability to utilize organizational channels, experience and influencing skills to persuade others of the course of action
• Sound decision making capabilities and the ability to take decision in absence of consensus when necessary
• Ability to establish foundation of credibility based on integrity and a track record of achievement in delivering on large and/or multiple projects and influencing business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Excellent English skill
• Expert understanding of sales strategy operations while addressing issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines
• Expert understanding of related aspects of sales processes and/or systems
• Knowledge of financial mechanism that relates to sales strategy and operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage assigned team and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations
• Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of sales strategy and operations to the business
• Strict attention to detail with accountability for accuracy of data and analyses
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
• Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
• Ability to partner with sales team on may interact customers
