Expert with the activities related to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell Aerospace. You will develop and continuously improve the policies, procedures and material control systems. You will lead project teams within business.
Key Responsibilities
• Key interface with internal procurement team, and supplier to ensure continuity of supply is maintained through weekly supply / demand reviews.
• Daily expedite of focused actions both internally, and with suppliers to drive RCCA activities
• Strong SAP system knowledge, with user skills to support data interrogation, extraction, reporting
• Ability to create simple project plans, and RAIL’s to project manage business requirements
• Daily focus upon MOS (management operating system) driving performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within FSR function, and supplier interactions
• Comfortable driving, and leading meetings with small groups both internally / externally
• Deliver KPI’s to include Supplier Past Due reduction, and On-Time delivery improvement.
• Ability to maintain positive cross functional working relationships, while driving timely performance
YOU MUST HAVE
• 3+ years ISC, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Operations or Project Management experience
• Demonstrated listening, communication, and critical thinking skills to enable trusting relationships to be created within an environment of learning, for continuous improvement and business performance.
