Splunk is looking for a Marketing Operations & Technology Manager to assist in the migration and optimization of the team's tech stack and processes. We have an amazing opportunity to expand our team with this key role reporting into the Director of Marketing Operations & Technology. As a member of the Marketing Apps & Services team, you will take on complex marketing needs, drive work efficiencies, and set up marking automation instances for scale. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and responsibilities shift with the business. Responsibilities:
Take ownership of global processes, including support, maintenance, documentation, enablement, and enhancement. Processes include things such as data strategy, enrichment, standardization, data integrations, lead routing, segmentation, etc.Deliver on these roadmaps from concept through enablement to ensure high adoption and high success. This includes handling project timelines, communication, expectations, etc.Act as a liaison between marketing ops, marketing, BizApps, and IT to collaborate and communicate effectivelyWork with stakeholders to find opportunities for improvement to grow pipeline and scale efficiencies. Projects may include launching new technologies, optimizing existing processes, supporting new features, business process reviews, etc.Take direction, coaching, and adapt to a changing environment with agility. Team-first mentality.Seek improvement and efficiency at every turn. Have an eye for scale and automation.Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in Marketo with at least 3 of those years in an administrator role. Marketo Certified Expert required. Strong preference given to candidates who have worked on marketing automation migration projects and/or who has serviced multiple lines of business in a single marketing automation platform instance.Experience with 3rd party integrations (ON24, Openprise, Zoom, Drift, Rainfocus, Swoogo, ZoomInfo, etc)Solid understanding of modern B2B marketing. Base Pay Range
Costa Rica
Base Pay: CRC 19,200,000.00 - 26,400,000.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
