Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain sustainable reporting for all product areas that enables actionable intelligence for stakeholders in relevant geographies. This spans from the implementation of efficient market intelligence acquisition and collection structures to related outputs such as dashboarding, monthly bulletins, reports and presentations for Executive Management of the market, region, and/or Americas Business Unit.Analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations using various qualitative and quantitative data sources such as competitor, macro-economics, vehicle park, imports, shipments in order to shape and enrich the knowledge of our positioning in the market and support business objectives. Convert complex data into simple visually compelling outputs.Implement and guide the integration of marketing analytical solutions & reporting across customers, channels, and relevant geographies; tracking of market opportunities, setting collaboration meetings, recommendations to management based on findings.Periodically conduct needs assessments with key internal customers and stakeholders and address needs as relevant (e.g. improvement of existing or proposal of new processes, involvement of team members in other areas, etc).Responsible for the local coordination / execution of all Business Unit planning phases (e.g. Strategy, Budget) in relevant geographies via development and analysis of market and sales evolution, and overall process management (getting team members together, adherence to deadlines on all inputs to the Business Unit etc).Provide related information as well the presentations for all BUs in the relevant countries in Latin America.Support in key company projects related to Strategy through the generation of data analysis and research. Maximize efficiencies of analytical program by introducing and/or leveraging technologies and tools that streamline analysis and outputs in relevant geographies.Manage internal and external tools (e.g. MS Power BI and other platforms) that maximize the correct consolidation and analysis of all market research information in a visually compelling manner.Position's scope: AndinasAdditional Information

QualificationsBachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering. Master Degree in Marketing / MBA would be a plus.Experience in Market Intelligence or related field. Good background in automotive sector would be a plus.Knowledge in creating Power BI reports.Business acumen and advanced analytical skills.Project management would be a plus.Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.Spanish (advanced) and English (intermediate).Collaboration / teamwork skills and able to interface with all leves of organization and in-between departments.
