The Sr. Manager and Product owner of Workplace Devices is responsible for crafting and overseeing the strategic vision for computing devices used in the workplace. They play a pivotal role in defining and executing a comprehensive strategy to ensure our organization's workplace devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and related technology, are aligned with our business objectives and deliver an exceptional end user experience.
Responsibilities include leading a team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and making critical decisions to enhance the productivity and satisfaction of our workforce.
This Hybrid role (in-office Mon-Tues-Wed) is based in Malvern, PA
In this role you will:
Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace device strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.Oversee the selection of end user workplace devices, including mobile devices, laptops, and desktops.Ensure the security and compliance of end user devices, including the implementation of security policies and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of end user devices with other systems and applications.Monitor and analyze trends in end user device usage to inform future strategy and decision-making.Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.Responsible for determining the end-to-end device lifecycle.Duties include bringing in new products, device roadmaps, vendor roadmaps and overall HW direction and strategy for Vanguard.What it takes:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in end user device management, including experience with mobile device management and security.Strong knowledge of end user device technologies, including mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Special Factors
