We are looking for a seasoned workforce experience leader to join our team and help us continue to set the standard for leading practices in workforce experience management (WXM). As a Workforce Experience Management Senior Manager,you willengage with clients to advance their workforce experience management capabilities across strategy, people, process, data and technology and to help them to deliver business-driven, actionable people insights across the employee lifecycle (e.g., DEI, attrition, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, etc.). The right candidate will develop relationships throughout HCaaS, and across our Human Capital Offering Portfolio.
Work you'll do
The WXM team is at the forefront of guiding and designing workforce experience strategies and practices for our clients. You'll work with an experienced team to help organizations understand employee sentiment with confidence and embrace decision-making with clear, data-driven insights to improve the employee experience, optimize processes, and drive business outcomes. In this role, you will:
Make and take market in the WXM space by identifying and researching opportunities in new and existing markets.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Develop and manage internal and external strategic partnerships.
Prepare and deliver pitches/presentations of WXM services and capabilities to prospective clients and internal leaders and practitioners.
Establish and manage successful, productive, collaborative alliance partnerships with Qualtrics, Medallia and other vendors, as appropriate.
Lead client pursuits and drive the end-to-end sales process, including proposals, pricing, staffing, and contracting.
Develop and present proposals customized for client's specific business needs.
Provide thought leadership and a strategic lens to continuously evolve our point of view, frameworks, strategies, and practices.
Support the design and delivery of WXM solutions using AI and best-of-breed technologies.
Oversee a portfolio of WXM projects and determine project scope, stakeholder management strategies, project milestones, and required resources to deliver projects effectively and on time.
Serve as an internal WXM ambassador across Human Capital and other relevant business
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience leading sales and delivery of WXM solutions to large complex clients from strategy to implementation to operate
8+ years of experience managing alliance partner relationships with Qualtrics and/or Medallia
8+ years of experience implementing and operating Qualtrics and Medallia platforms
5+ years working in statistics and data, preferably with workforce and employee data
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients and alliance partners
Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Data science
8+ years of experience in managing technology assets
Strong knowledge of the workforce experience vendor and technology ecosystem
Sharp negotiation and networking skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Experience with non-survey, passive listening approaches
