The Labcorp Digital Strategy team is seeking a Sr. Manager, Website Product Management with public facing website experience to join our team in RTP, NC. This position can also potentially be Remote based. This role will take the lead on the management and enhancement of Labcorp.com. This role will be responsible for ensuring the website meets the needs of our target audience and delivers an exceptional user experience while achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the product roadmap for the Labcorp.com, aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, developers, content creators, and marketers, to deliver high-quality digital products and features.Conduct research, data analysis, and gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and communicate them effectively from the design team to the development team.Monitor and analyze KPIs for the website (i.e. traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue, while taking actions toward improvement and optimization)Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape, with a focus on optimization and improvement of the website's functionality and user experience.Champion user-centric design principles and best practices across the organization, and ensure that all products meet accessibility, usability, and compliance standards.Work closely with the development team to prioritize the product backlog, engage in sprint planning and agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, launch new products and features, and measure their impact on business objectives.
Requirements
3 - 5+ years' experience in digital product management, in public-facing websitesProven track record of delivering successful consumer-facing digital products/features and achieving business objectives.Experience in conducting user research, A/B testing, usability testing, and data analysis to drive informed product decisions.Experience with Adobe Suite- specifically with AEMExperience with web analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and other reporting dashboards.Understanding of agile development methodologies, product lifecycle management, and project management tools.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with stakeholders.Passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving, with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering a great user experience.Familiarity with front-end web capabilities and responsive design principlesExperience in healthcare preferred.Normally requires a Bachelors' Degree
Pay Range: $88,005 to $148,578.
