This temporary HQ role will proactively manage and develop the strategic framework & internal partnerships for the communication of Total Rewards to Gap Inc. employees, candidates, and other stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Collaborates with multiple stakeholders across Total Rewards, HR, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, and Equality & Belonging to plan, develop, and cross collaborate on Total Rewards Communications.Conduit to Corporate Communications for Total Rewards Team, proactively identifying best times & method to communicate as well as cross promotional opportunities. Advocates for Total Rewards content and review in communications not incepted by Total RewardsPartners with the Total Rewards to continuously evaluate effectiveness of communications campaigns/on-going collateral. Pilots adjustments & new mechanisms to improve on itDevelops strategy for 360 degrees communications ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality but scalable responses on multiple stakeholder inquiries/feedback on Total RewardsOwns the consistent voice and storytelling narrative of Total Rewards communications, ensuring alignment with Gap Inc.'s Employment and Total Rewards Brands' tenants.Who You Are
5+ years of experience in HR Communications management (experience with Total Rewards Communications a plus)Specific Focus Areas: Employee Communications, Project Management, Cross-functional engagementMust have excellent abilities in storytelling, partnership building, influencing, and project managementBuilding of strong reciprocal organizational relationships through 1:1 frequent connections critical for successIndependent and self-directed; prioritizes project work and immediate needs of business partnersExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain and defend a point of viewAbility to story tell on complex subjects simplistically, concisely and effectivelyCommitment to providing excellent customer service to business partners; ability to collaborate within and outside the teamAbility to work well with others in a fast-paced, team environment under general supervisionIdentifies and solves problems creatively; ability to think beyond immediate consequencesFlexibility to work in situations where there is no unique, correct answerAbility to execute complex campaigns and projects with broadly defined objectivesApply independent judgment with follow-up to business partners to determine the direction ofassignmentsAdvance Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word skills a very strong asset

Salary Range: $110,100 - $159,100 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
