We are seeking an experienced Sr, Manager, Technical Product Manager to join our consulting team. They will be responsible for leading and managing the integration of IT governance processes, tools, focused on ITBM and ITSM governance for our clients and internal product teams. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to identify integration needs, define requirements, design integration solutions, and oversee the implementation of transformation projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
Contribute and participate in delivery team to provide on-site and off-site consultative services for consulting projects with healthcare clients Lead collaboration efforts with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to refine business initiatives Provide guidance to the client and to ServiceNow technical resources in the implementation of future processes Advise on all things functional and operationally related to our product engineering builds and delivery of client's implementation projects Develop integration plans, schedules, and budgets Demonstrate solid relationship management skills through successfully partnering with colleagues and clients Manage relationships with clients, external vendors, and service providers Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders on IT governance solutions, including ServiceNow SPM Strategic Portfolio Management with respect to ITBM, and ITSMO Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance integration solutions and make recommendations for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies Support and engage senior leaders Coach team members and supervisors

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Information Technology experience 6+ years of experience in Technical Product Management 5+ years of work experience in IT PMO with experience in transformation of Governance processes and tools 2+ years of work experience in the Healthcare Industry Experience working with agile methodologies and traditional project management
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in developing and maintaining solid relationships with internal and external partners, and demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams Experience using communication and influencing skills in a complex matrix environment Experience working in a client consulting environment Proven solid problem-solving and analytical skills Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island or Washington residents is $101,200 to $184,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
