Your Mission:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Talent Development with a focus on using data and analytics to demonstrate the business impact of our learning and development programs. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing learning and development initiatives that align with our organization's strategic goals, all while measuring and communicating their impact using data-driven insights. You will influence strategy, as well as, be responsible for the program management, metrics and marketing of our programs.

Your Responsibilities:
Talent Development Strategy:
Collaborate with Sr Director of Talent Management to co-develop a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.Identify important learning priorities, skill gaps, and areas of improvement to inform program development.Co-manage the budget for learning and development programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
Data-Driven Program Design:
Design learning programs that are data-driven, incorporating best practices, adult learning principles, and the latest technologies.Develop learning metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and impact on business outcomes.Evaluate the learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Program Implementation:
Oversee the implementation of learning initiatives, which may include compliance training auditing and measuring, onboarding, professional & leadership development, and technical skills training.Conduct curriculum analysis, design, development, evaluation and rollout; Work with global partners to address regional needs; Build & manage vendor relationships that best support learning initiatives (i.e. LinkedIn, Bookboon, MindGym, mentorcliQ, etc.)Support performance management process, including individual development plans.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.Create and deliver training dashboards and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.Produce reports and presentations that clearly communicate the impact of learning programs on key business metrics.
Perform Daily Operations:
Communicate effectively to a variety of audiences; Facilitation experience with in-person, virtual and team events.Committed to marketing learning programs through weekly newsletter updates, regular 3DS Platform posts, capturing and sharing employee stories.Support People Team and L&OD colleagues (CSR & Engagement) by identifying and working on cross-team and company-wide programs (i.e. Early Talent, Change Management, etc.)Support team members that manage classroom logistics including logistics, Learning Lab updates (i.e. attendance, reminders, etc.) and program communication.

Your Education & Experience:
Master's degree; or equivalent work experience
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience
The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York City. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York City, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position is $96,000 to $128,000.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
