Sr. Manager, Supply and Digital Transformation - Franklin, TN
The Sr. Manager Supply & Digital Transformation will lead the End-to-End Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) in establishing, maintaining and improving planning standards for Pet Nutrition North America. Additionally, this individual and their team will partner with Digital Technology, Data & Analytics (D&A) in delivering the digital transformation for enterprise planning. This role is the owner of program execution for Planning. Examples include new planning tools, supplier collaboration technology and / or ERP system usage.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study from accredited four-year college or university 10+ years experience in Supply Chain with depth in Supply Chain Planning5+ years experience in leading teams and developing talentFully proficient in Microsoft toolsExperience in use of and deploying new Enterprise Planning & ERP systemsExperience in change management and transformation
What will be your key responsibilities?.
In partnership with the Central Supply Team, develop and deploy standard process and organizational components (Target Operating Models)Through expert team, develop performance management, team & individual skills and team & individual capabilities in PNNA planning teams.Support advancement of digital skills of the planning team including process mining, automations and application of machine learning and artificial intelligence capability. Sponsor and lead cross functional (eg: Commercial, R&D, Sales), cross regional and cross segment (eg: Confection, Royal Canin, Food) collaboration to hasten advancement of Mars capabilities.
Act as the regional leader for the Enterprise Planning transformation which will include deployment of new planning technologies and capabilities:
Build program structure & regional governanceIdentify & Assure delivery of success measures (timing, cost, benefit delivery, risk mitigation)Define and execute of project plan and dependencies.Partner with cross functional and central stakeholders in program / project deliver (DT, D&A, Central Supply)
