What success looks like in this role: Develop long- and short-term SEO strategies for maximum impact. Research and report relevant search engine keywords and trends. Lead a combination of on-page and off-page techniques, including link-building, metadata sculpting,site speed optimization, and on-site information architecture. Stay on top of SEO best practices and marketing trends. Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social, programmatic,and other industry-standard platforms. Implement strategies to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with agency partners to ensure seamless execution and achievement of KPIs, including managing the invoice and PO process. Possess a deep understanding of omnichannel paid media strategies on a global scale. Experience managing budgets, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns in real time. Bring innovative ways to reach target audiences leveraging various media channels. Manage and mentor a team of direct reports, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, communications/PR, web publishing, and social, to align search and paid media efforts with overall marketing goals. You will be successful in this role if you have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in managing search engine optimization and paid media campaigns in enterprise tech companies. Expertise in paid media channels, including paid search, social, programmatic, and other industry-standard platforms. Experience with keyword research tools, such as SEMrush. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to thrive in a remote work environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of website analytics measurement methodology and measurement platforms, including Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) to optimize websites. Strong analytical, results-driven mindset. Expert knowledge of SEO & SEM.
