Overview
The Sales Support Sr. Manager is responsible for the daily management of the Sales Support org, one on one meetings with managers, handling escalations, and driving accountability and efficiency. In addition to the normal day to day responsibilities, the Sales Support Sr. Manager will plan and implement projects that support the sales organization.
The Sales Operations Manager interacts regularly with different stakeholders across many different teams. Common stakeholders that this position will work with include: D2H, Fusion, Direct, Channel Partner, Deal Desk, Contract Review, The CSS Team, Customer Care, and IT. The ideal candidate must be able to use metrics to drive alignment and accountability, possess strong problem-solving skills, must have the ability to communicate clearly, and know how to maximize efficiency of internal operations by performing the essential job duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities
Lead a highly effective, efficient team
SLA management & Workforce scheduling
Collaborate with IT on BrightPath and Splat issues
Monitor agent performance & drive accountability using team metrics
Perform Weekly 1:1 with leads & help develop their skill set
Perform Weekly Team Syncs
Work cross functionally with our offshore partner company
Lead and implement special projects & pilots
Performance reviews and mentorship
New process development
Sales escalations
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of leadership Experience
Must have experience at a Team Lead level or above
Analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Capable of identifying process gaps and proposing solutions
Strong understanding of Excel and SFDC reporting
Ability to multi-task and switch from task to task as priorities change in requirements
Understanding of G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Possess a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Physical Demands
Ability to perform normal office duties
Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work
Ability to interact and participate in meetings
Ability to travel to corporate locations 3-5 times a year

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$115,608.15 to $154,144.20
Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
