　　As part of the Rules Lab Product team, you will lead our Rules Execution & Runtime domain. You'll work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders around the company as you help us design and deliver cutting edge tools that make it easy to leverage rules to make business decisions.

　　In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in four key areas:

　　You'll lead sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs to drive the long term vision for your productYou'll turn these customer insights into actionable strategies that will define the priorities for your team and rally your stakeholders to your visionBusiness Focused

　　You'll own and prioritize the long-term (12-18 months) product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure that all the right resources are aligned to ensure that and your team will be successfulYou'll define KPIs for your product and will be responsible for measuring and tracking to those measures, with an eye to adjusting and refining your roadmap as the data dictatesTechnology Driven

　　You'll have an end-to-end understanding of your product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the businessYou'll work closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand the tradeoffs of technical decisions and how they impact the ultimately customer experience your team will deliver always looking to ensure you're using the best tool for the jobTransformational Leadership

　　Bachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 5 years of experience in digital product management

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringMBA or Master's degree3+ years of experience in Agile product management

　　The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

　　New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $199,100 - $227,200 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

　　Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

　　This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
