GEICO is looking for an accomplished, customer obsessed, and results oriented Senior Manager, Product Management to join GEICO's Acquire Product team.
As a Sr. Manager, Product Management in Acquire, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering product experiences that drive value for GEICO and our customers across the customer acquisition journey. You will lead cross-functional teams focused on improving the customer experience, modernizing our sales stack, and leapfrogging the competition to grow market share.
Senior Managers of Product Management work quickly across product discovery and product delivery cycles to create innovative, sustainable and customer-centric solutions in matrixed environments. They have an MVP-mindset, can lead 2 or more sprint teams, and can coach and develop junior PMs. Our Senior Managers are comfortable rolling up their sleeves to do the work, while also influencing organizational change through proper scoping, process improvement, and positive team dynamics.
This position is a hybrid role, and it is required to be on-site 3 days a week at one of the following locations:Chevy Chase, MDSan Francisco, CANew York City, NYSeattle, WAIndianapolis, INChicago, ILSan Jose, CAFredericksburg, VADallas, TX The ideal candidate is excellent at: Leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery Synthesizing business, market, and platform data to identify opportunities, size them, and turn insights into requirements Leveraging modern architecture & great design to identify problem-solution fit Evaluating trade-offs and negotiating requirements Creating and using compelling, informative artifacts to influence stakeholders (ex. $128,000.00 - $224,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
