This is a leadership role guiding a team of analysts that drive the strategies, processes, and systems used to develop, implement, and maintain standard pricing methods across multiple businesses. An example of analytical excellence themselves, the Sr. Manager will own the pricing processes across various dimensions influencing all pricing decisions in coordination with Commercial, Product Management, Marketing, and General Management leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
A strong candidate will demonstrate strategic and thought leadership in developing new quantitative and qualitative pricing approaches using statistical techniques and data science. Use and design novel frameworks to build and convey thoughts on projects and areas of opportunity. They will drive a culture of pricing excellence by connecting and reviewing price leakage and opportunities for improvement with Business and regional leadership while driving actions to achieve these pricing goals.
The position will lead the annual and mid-year Price rolls across regions and businesses as well as manage aspects of our quote approval process. These areas enable the business to maximize profit while also simplifying the processes across the commercial teams and businesses.
An important quality of this role will be to be seen as a role model, inspiring excellence and creativity in others. The role will focus on elevating price performance improvement as well as driving sales and profitability for the company. It is therefore essential to deliver above and beyond our business partners' expectations. Demonstrating the ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with partners will be a strength in this role.

Have a bachelor's in business, finance, scientific field, mathematics, operations, or any related field. An advanced degree in business or a technical field is a plus.Have about 7 years or more relevant work experience.Have working knowledge of SQL Server, working in large data sets, Excel, and other quantitative methods and are familiar with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc or have an aptitude for coding (R, Python, or any relational databases).Exhibit a passion for understanding pricing strategies and execution methodologies.Are detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Communicate clearly, present eloquently, and can explain just about anything to anyone.Are motivated and driven to make an impact. You take the initiative on new challenges.Love to work cross-functionally and across geographic boundaries (up to 20% travel) to effectively influence and partner.Can lead medium to large projects with teams of 6-10+ people.Have experience leading and developing high performing teams.Have experience optimizing processes and finding creative solutions to solve problems.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $106,400.00-$175,500.00.
