This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the People Team Transformation as well as the People Team Accelerator, a team of resources dedicated to rapidly shaping and executing highly complex, strategic projects within the People Team.
The Senior Manager will be a key member of the team and will support developing and executing global, high-impact initiatives that are aligned to People Team Transformation priorities. Example projects include enhancing our People Team operating model and improving workforce planning. This role will drive true business value by working on the most pressing business issues identified by People Team Leaders.
This is an individual contributor role that will report to a Director on the Accelerator Team, but will operate in a matrixed reporting environment. The role will work with a variety of stakeholders and functions across the People Team and have frequent interaction with People Team Transformation leadership.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications:

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 119,700.00 to 155,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
