Supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs. Has responsibility for leading/managing various projects and programs such as planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources, and time. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative process often requires managing relationships across the segments or multiple functional areas. Assist in building quality measure strategy roadmap.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting Executive Director, Medicare Strategy to make business decisions based on the results of research and data analysis.
Support projects/ programs with cross functional teams, assist business units in integrating quality into their strategic and operational plans.
Analyze, design, develop and implement solutions that enhance individual and population health outcomes.
Develops materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data, translating highly technical data into compelling, digestible visual storytelling aids
Manages multiple simple and complex projects through to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
In partnership with business owners, supports design /development of new or enhanced products and services.
Serves as a technical, professional and/or business Quality expert that may cross multiple business functions.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,200.00 - $170,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
