Sr Manager, Market Access Strategic Pricing (f/m/d)
About the role
In this newly created role, the incumbent will be responsible for Strategic Pricing for all Originator Products and Life Cycle Products of Biogen in Germany. The focus will be on AMNOG price negotiations, pricing analytics, anticipating and analysing changing laws and regulations and cross-functional collaboration within the company especially with Hospital Key Account Management, Finance and international Value & Access + Pricing Teams.
What you´ll do
For all Originator and Life Cycle products across business units:
You will be responsible for setting up the strategy for each AMNOG price negotiation process in a cross-functional teamYou will lead the preparation team for the AMNOG pricing negotiations and manage the preparation period including prepare pricing councils, the actual pricing process and the negotiation periodYou will be part of the AMNOG negotiation teamFor Life Cycle Products you will lead national price determining processes from strategy to executionManage and aligns interfaces with the other functions and business units; e.g. MAx field team, Finance and Business Planning teams, Hospital Key Account ManagementCross-functional cooperation with Regional and Global Value & Access and Pricing Teams Who you are
You are an experienced Market Access professional with a strong AMNOG and Pricing track record. You know the specifics of ideally both, the innovative and life cycle management market environments to successfully transfer learnings and strategies into your new role. You are a pioneer, used to drive and implement new approaches and to successfully manage a change in perspectives.
Qualifications Preferably Master in health economics, public health, health care management or science or economics (health economics training is appreciated) or equivalent7 y plus industry experience in HEOR/Market Access or equivalentExperience in the Market Access field for innovative products and such with a mature life cycleSustainable relationships with Market Access stakeholders of self-government bodiesDeep knowledge of SGB V regulationsStrong analytical and strategical skillsProject Management skillsRecord of leadership skill in Matrix teamsInnovative mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English Additional Information
