The Sr Mgr, Loss Prevention will be responsible for the planning, execution and management of the overall operations of the loss prevention function. Additionally, this position encompasses strategic and tactical oversight for all aspects of assets protection/loss prevention related to Charter Communication’s people/product/profitability/brand protection. Manages development and implementation of industry leading loss prevention policies, processes and procedures. Collaborates with regional and national stakeholders across Charter business groups and partners.
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Manage development and implementation of industry leading loss prevention policies, processes and procedures across distribution center and sales channels
Drive the strategy and execution of omnichannel data requirements and analytics required to support an effective loss prevention program, partnering with retail operations and customer operations stakeholders
Act as the primary liaison for across regions and staff, coordinates the post-loss resolution process and manages incorporation and operationalization of key learnings and improvements across distribution centers and channels
Support the strategic planning for the loss prevention function, identifying key loss prevention risks and developing industry leading mitigation strategies that leverage advanced analytics and technology solutions to proactively mitigate losses
Manage enterprise-wide risk assessment program
Ensure all financial and operating objectives of loss prevention projects and operations nationally are being met
Coordinate the development and execution of industry leading loss prevention training and investigations capabilities across regions
Support development and delivery of loss prevention related awareness collateral and communications across regions
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support evaluation, selection and implementation of loss prevention technologies and analytics related capabilities across retail infrastructure
Support development and implementation of a proactive and predictive risk strategy, combining early identification of significant loss risks across regions with a proactive mitigation and ongoing inventory audit and surveillance program
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for corporate functional partners and interfaces regularly with businesses
Cultivate skilled loss prevention leaders within the corporate team and regionally by assigning responsibility, managing accountability and providing opportunities for growth
Assist in driving enterprise-wide deployment, implementation, and oversight of strategic and tactical measures intended to ensure end-to-end effective and secure disbursement of Charter product, assets, and materials
Ensure the appropriate Asset Protection frameworks are present, executed, and evaluated on a consistent basis in various Charter functional areas(Supply Chain/Warehouse/IT/Retail/Facilities/etc.)

Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in an area relevant to the loss prevention field preferred
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Experience in asset protection / loss prevention focused on high value assets within an organization including leadership positions - 10
