Aligns strategy, business processes and key business outcomes with executive and senior business unit leaders to deliver value in the form of solutions, services and support business organizations and users. Understands, defines, and prioritizes needs as they relate to IT requirements and develops methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Drives programs, business initiatives, new crossorganizational projects and devises methods and procedures on new or special assignments and projects. Oversees the installation, system upgrades, migrations, outages and provides ongoing maintenance support for computer systems, software, hardware, and network components. Develops project estimates, timelines, milestones, resource coordination, drives reporting process required for projects, including status, risks, scope changes, etc. Monitors the success of IT initiatives and projects and evaluates processes, tools and technologies to identify areas of improvement. Sets priorities for the team, gets results across boundaries, develops employees and manages performance. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience 8+ years in supply chain analytics, with a focus on leveraging IT solutions for process improvement.
Experience in implementing on Cloud Analytics platforms (Azure Databricks, Snowflake)
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL) and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
Knowledge of supply chain systems, ERP solutions, and experience in implementing and integrating IT solutions within a supply chain context.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Logistics business processes, systems and/or Analytics systems
Preferred
Experience in machine learning, AI applications, or big data analytics in the supply chain context.
Formal or informal TCM knowledge and experience
Certification in supply chain management or relevant IT certifications.
Formal or informal solution Design experience
Domain knowledge of the broader supply chain is a plus
Experience working in Agile projects will be an added advantage

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,600.00-$284,620.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
