Your New Role:
You will be responsible for managing the contingent workforce program across the United States, Canada and Latin America. Your role will involve developing and executing region specific strategies that align to the Flex Talent team’s global vision to effectively attract, engage, and manage contingent talent, ensuring the organization has the flexible resources needed to support its business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders and managing regional teams will be essential to your success in this role.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Contingent Workforce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy for contingent talent management in alignment with the organization's overall workforce strategy and business goals.
Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of the regional contingent talent programs (independent contractor and agency worker programs), including vendor management, performance monitoring, and compliance adherence.
Talent Acquisition: Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a robust pipeline of high-quality contingent talent, employing effective sourcing strategies and optimizing recruitment processes.
Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with contingent workforce vendors and staffing agencies, ensuring effective collaboration, contractual compliance, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Stay up-to-date with regional labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to contingent workers, ensuring adherence and minimizing legal risks associated with contingent workforce management.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Continuously evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of the contingent talent program. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on program performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Procurement, Technology, Legal, and Finance, to align contingent talent management strategies with organizational needs, ensuring smooth integration, and effective resource allocation.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about regional industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in contingent workforce management, incorporating relevant insights into program strategies and driving continuous improvement.
Change Management: Develop change management strategies and communication plans to facilitate the adoption and acceptance of process improvements across the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Extensive experience in contingent workforce management, talent acquisition, or related roles, with a focus on the United States, Canada and Latin America.
In-depth knowledge of regional labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to contingent workers (independent contractors and agency workers).
Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and driving performance improvements.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and sourcing techniques for contingent talent.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and program optimization.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, cross-cultural collaboration, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to navigate complex and fast-paced environments.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $109,900.00 - $204,100.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
