Job Description
DUTIES: Manage and provide strategic oversight of small and large digital web projects.
Develop an understanding of how users interact with the website through analyzing data and collecting user experience feedback, and use this to optimize the website experience and to grow demand efforts.
Use web analytics tools to monitor site performance and security to optimize SEO results and rankings.
Develop insightful reports and presentations, both recurring and ad hoc, that translate findings into actionable insights that inform work processes, strategy development, and decision-making.
Facilitate weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual website and SEO performance and report-outs.
Collaborate with team and internal stakeholders to set annual targets and goals for marketing activities, tactics, and campaigns.
Enable targeted, dynamic website content by implementing AI-powered, predictive targeting tool.
Collaborate with the team to create and execute tests and campaigns using Adobe Target.
Evaluate relevant digital tools, software, vendors, and emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
Ensure adherence to best practices for security, privacy, and compliance and maintain compliance with GDPR, privacy, and other web policies and regulations.
** Position supervises 3 employees.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study plus 7 years of experience in Website Development, Digital Marketing, or related experience. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study plus 9 years of experience in Website Development, Digital Marketing, or related experience as an equivalent alternative.
Must have experience or knowledge of:
Adobe Experience Manager and Abode Analytics;
HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript;
Debugging skills across browsers, devices, and operating systems;
Multifaceted enterprise workflows and processes;
Web analytics, personalization, and testing; and
SEO principles and their implementation.
TRAVEL: Up to 10% domestic and international travel required. Can work remotely or telecommute.
