The Role
Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, the main goal of the Senior Manager is to drive pipeline creation and revenue growth in the Collision Repair market of CCC. This role will be goaled on meeting or exceeding a quota for pipeline creation through the design and execution of successful cross-sell and new logo acquisition programs using multi-channel, multi-touch marketing strategies.
This role will work closely with key marketing stakeholders as well as the Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions & Consulting, Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations teams to execute successful marketing motions that drive interest in CCC's products and solutions in collision repair space.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, strategic, data-driven, creative, and has experience with marketing techniques, including account-based marketing, intent-based marketing, search engine marketing, paid search, paid social, email marketing, content syndication, content marketing, digital marketing, digital/physical events, and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop demand generation campaigns in alignment with overall marketing and business objectives that drive pipeline and interest from existing and new customers.Determine the tactical mix between email, digital advertising, SEM, webinars, paid social, content syndication, paid third-party programs, hosted webinars, sponsored physical (and digital) events, and others.Analyze demand generation campaign performance in terms of evaluating results tactic by tactic and optimizing performance over time and manage the effective analysis and reporting of results.Create an Account-Based Marketing program including selecting and implementing the right technology, digital advertising, keyword groups, and back-end processes.Manage and optimize the budget allocation across campaigns.Identify content needs for campaigns and work with the content strategy and development teams to create campaign content.Maintain a feedback loop between account management and Marketing to optimize cross-sell campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.Work with the Portfolio Marketing team to create compelling and consistent messaging for email and nurture programs.Work with the Digital Marketing team to drive efficient processes for website conversions.Set program goals, analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights, and make data-based adjustments.Evaluate, select, and manage outside vendors that contribute to demand generation.Review existing and developing technologies to continuously improve demand generation efforts.
Requirements:
5+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in insurtech, automotive, or other B2B SaaS software or tech companiesExpert in digital marketing techniques, including PPC, lead scoring, nurturing programs, list management, segmentation, and targeting.Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness.Deep understanding of optimization requirements in each stage of the retention journey and buyers' journey.Proficiency with Forrester Decisions B2B frameworks, including the Forrester Decisions demand unit waterfall.In-depth knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce, 6Sense, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and Clearslide are strongly desired.Collaborative and influential with peers.Strong team collaboration and people skills.Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing & growth levers.Outstanding English communication and language skills.
