　　The Opportunity

　　Adobe Stock now offers 355+ million assets, including more than 200 million photos, 120 million vectors and illustrations, 27 million videos, 100,000 music tracks, 6.1 million Premium assets, and over 1 million free photos, vectors, videos, templates, illustrations, and 3D assets.

　　Adobe is seeking a passionate, highly motivated Senior Manager, Artist Outreach to support the Adobe Stock marketplace. This position will be responsible for managing a team of people dedicated to providing support, engagement, marketing and artist relations for communication, education and advocacy to the Adobe Stock artists that supply content to our global marketplace.

　　The advancements of generative AI create dynamic changes that accelerate content creation and new contributors submitting imagery. This position will be central to working with Adobe Stock artists to help navigate the evolution in visual media and new opportunities at Adobe Stock provided by this new technology, as well as support the health of the Stock collection.

　　What You'll Do

　　Create data-informed strategies and execute related programs focused on Adobe Stock artist engagement, marketing, and supportUse your artist relations skills and experience to navigate complex communication challenges and opportunities and build contributor successManage a team of 5-10 full-time employees and contractorsCollaborate with creator community content category business leads across Adobe.Establish, monitor, and report on critical metrics.What You Need to Succeed

　　5+ years of professional experience managing artist communities and outreachEffective business communicator with strong writing and verbal skillsExperience crafting data-driven strategies for artist engagement, marketing, and supportAbility to manage a budgetStrong collaborator and ability to listen and adapt to changeThe ability to understand and evaluate surveys and research using fundamental methodologiesExceptional leader who can lead through influence and work effectively across diverse cross-functional teamsStays informed of Stock, content and technology industry advancementsVisual arts background and established business relationship with StockKnowledge of Stock business subscription model

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $115,800 -- $227,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

　　At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

　　In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
